We want you to love your DN° pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at diegoynoahgarridopiris@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return and send you the return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is confirmed.
