Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Total delivery time is usually between 6 and 16 days from the date of purchase (processing plus transit).

Spain

Estimated delivery: 6-16 days. Flat rate €6.99. Free shipping on orders of €55 or more.

European Union

Estimated delivery: 6-16 days (a few countries, such as Luxembourg, may take a little longer). Flat rate €8.99.

Rest of the world

Estimated delivery: 6-16 days. Flat rate €12.99.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.

Peak season (Black Friday & the holidays)

During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the December holiday season, carriers handle much higher volumes and the delivery estimates above may take a few extra days. We recommend ordering early to make sure your gifts arrive on time.
